Arm balances not only teach us about our intrinsic power but also about our innate playfulness, courage, fearlessness and agility. Learn a pathway to channel these postures into your practice
We will break down the anatomy, mechanics and coordination of each posture, build the strength and structure in your body parts required for each one with and without the use of props, then safely and effectively get you into poses you never thought you could. You will build strength, a deeper understanding of alignment and technique, and will most definitely surprise yourself!
This workshop is for all levels so just show up with a willingness to try and see what can happen!
Whether you are curious (or fearful) about arm balancing or regularly balance on your hands, come build and refine your skills to take your practice to a new level!
