These teachings are an important part of Dr. Mehta’s life.
She began her post-secondary education at Queens University where she studied Life Sciences and ran on the varsity cross country and track and field teams. She continued her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia, and became a fitness expert at a young age.
This led her to further pursue Naturopathic Medicine, as it offers many appealing options for patients. She gained her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine. As an award-winning doctor, she has guided many to not just better health, but also peace of mind.
