We will explore how to engage Mula Bandha and Uddiyana Bandha while seated without just the sensation of squeezing our pelvic floor and lower belly. How to practice towards Jump back and Jump through. Building strength and co-ordination required for Jump backs and jump throughs.
Dive deeper into “Palontonicity”: To understand and to protect our bodies we will learn about how brain coordinates movement and how we can work with palontonicity to get deeper into the seated postures, without tearing the hamstrings, getting a bulging disc and sacro-iliac pain in the lower back.
