Human Design is a logical system that combines principles of Astrology, Kabbalah, Hindu-Brahmin chakra system, the Traditional Chinese book of wisdom “I Ching” and quantum physics. It’s a system of differentiation which allows  you to see how different you are from others. It can help you understand your genetic encoding based on the time of your birth as well as find out the unconscious parts of your design that you carry with you throughout your life. The many layers of the system include information on what is the best way for you to engage your energy and interact with others, how you are meant to make decisions that are correct for you, your overarching theme in life as well as the role you are meant to play – all of this information can bring you closer to who you are at a deep level and live your life from a place of awareness and self knowledge, acceptance and love.

The workshop will start with a 30 minutes heart opening flow guided by Alex Perez. The class’ purpose is to enable you to connect more intimately with your physical body, allowing for a deeper and more open minded experience.

In this workshop, we are going to talk about your unique energetic blueprint, your journey as a human being on this planet, your gifts and your purpose through the lens of Human Design. You will learn how being connected to your body consciousness and living according to how your energy interacts with those around you can connect you to your power. You will find out how you are meant to bring your unique voice and signature into the world, understand yourself better, connect with your intuition and learn how you can access being in alignment with who you are so you can experience abundance, ease and flow in all areas of your life.

Participants will get their Human Design chart prior to coming to the workshop so they can follow and participate during the workshop and ask questions.
