8-day of immersion of the vibrant heart of Cuba & NYE Special Celebration!

27th Dec 2024 - 3rd Jan 2025, Havana, Cuba

Experience the vibrant energy of city life with our Urban Retreats. These retreats merge the dynamic rhythm of urban environments with the calming practice of yoga. Perfect for those who thrive in the buzz of the city, our Urban Retreats offer a unique blend of excitement and mindfulness, reflecting the diversity of urban culture.

Join our Urban Yoga Retreats to fully immerse in the local lifestyle of Havana. Explore diverse activities, learn salsa, uncover hidden gems, and complete each day with enriching yoga practices led by our Swiss-based teachers and Eduardo Pimentel (he brought yoga to Cuba!) as guest teacher who will be sharing some yoga practices with us.

OUR BOND WITH CUBA

Before the pandemic, Carole (co-owner of Yoga Flame) experienced a transformative yoga retreat in Cuba. She first connected with Cuba’s vibrant culture and warm people during a yoga retreat, significantly enhanced by Coco, our on-site organizer, and her dedicated team.

Coco expertly guided the group through authentic Cuban life, beyond typical tourist paths. This immersive experience involved engaging with locals, understanding Cuba’s rich history and culture, and was a transformative journey for all participants.

These interactions deeply resonated with our vision and values – fostering connections and embracing diverse cultures.

We have tried to organize this retreat twice with Yoga Flame during the pandemic but faced restrictions. Now, with stability and openness, we invite you to celebrate the New Year in Cuba with intention and joy!

FAQ

In Bali, even during the rainy season, the rain is sporadic and light, often limited to 2-3 hours and typically in the mornings, and not every day. The days are mostly sunny, providing a perfect balance for our retreat activities.

Expect experiential and discovery-oriented retreats, focusing on activities and group bonding rather than heavy theory.

Solo travelers are common at our retreats. We’ll match you with a same-gender roommate, often leading to new friendships.

Our schedule is diverse, with free time each day. You can customize your experience with additional activities (extra fees apply).

Absolutely. Our chefs cater to all dietary needs, ensuring a delightful culinary experience for everyone.
