Job responsibilities:

Sales

• Lead generation, membership sales and retention on a daily basis
• Manage and grow all revenue streams including memberships, retail and events
• Participate to internal and external events in order to lead new members
• Follow-up on CRM management and members emails
• Support team on a daily basis regarding leads and issues

Marketing

• Generate social media content occasionally, working closely with the Marketing Manager
• Keep an update of the communication and promotion supports at the studio

HR

• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, coach, mentor all studio staff
• Manage and update schedules for classes, events, karma and cleaning

Logistics

• Manage studio budget, spending and reporting
• Manage retail stock and inventory
• Manage maintenance issues, inventory and cleaning
• Maintain facilities, signage and cleanliness of the studio

Others

• Participate in studio, regional and company-wide meetings and trainings as needed
• Work closely with Studio Owners to ensure health and profitability of the studio
