Type of Classes
At Yoga Flame, we honour both tradition and evolution.
Our schedule brings together diverse practices — from traditional methods rooted in lineage to modern approaches inspired by functional movement, somatics, and mindful exploration.
Our Teachers
Guided by experienced teachers with unique backgrounds, each class brings its own energy, focus, and rhythm. Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, reconnect with your breath, or slow down, we invite you to explore what resonates with you.
Classes are open to all levels unless otherwise stated. Durations vary between 60 and 90 minutes depending on the format.
Heat at Yoga Flame
With classes ranging from non-heated to heated, temperatures are adapted to each style and may be adjusted seasonally to create a balanced practice environment.
Heat supports mobility, circulation, focus, and the release of muscular tension — while our approach remains guided by well-being and ecological responsibility.

Pilates
Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, Pilates is a mind-body exercise method that develops strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness through controlled movement and core engagement.
This mat-based practice strengthens the core, hips, glutes, and stabilising muscles through a series of precise movements designed to improve strength, stability, mobility, and overall body control.
Pilates offers a comprehensive full-body workout while maintaining a low-impact approach suitable for a wide range of practitioners.
Yoga Sculpt
Yoga Sculpt combines traditional yoga postures with bodyweight strength training and cardiovascular exercises to develop strength, endurance, mobility, and balance.
Practised to energising music, the method integrates movements such as squats, lunges, and push-ups into a dynamic sequence that provides a comprehensive full-body workout.
Yoga Sculpt supports muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, coordination, and overall physical conditioning while maintaining the principles of mindful movement.
Yogilates
Yogilates is a fusion of Yoga and Pilates that combines yoga postures with core-focused strengthening exercises to develop stability, posture, and body awareness.
Through controlled movement and breathwork, the practice strengthens the muscles that support the spine and enhances overall body control and coordination.
Suitable for all levels, Yogilates provides a balanced approach to strength, mobility, and well-being.

Ashtanga
Shtanga Yoga follows the traditional method taught by Pattabhi Jois, combining breath and movement within a structured sequence of postures.
Integrating bandhas (energy locks) and focused breathing, the practice develops strength, flexibility, endurance, and concentration.
Based on a condensed version of the Primary and Finishing Series, this class offers a dynamic and disciplined approach suitable for practitioners seeking a consistent and progressive practice.
Vinyasa
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice that links breath and movement through a flowing sequence of postures.
The practice develops strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and concentration while encouraging fluid transitions between poses. Sequences may follow established Vinyasa patterns or progressively build towards a peak posture, with opportunities to explore inversions and more advanced asanas.
With options for both progression and modification, the class supports a focused and adaptable practice for a range of experience levels.
Rocket
Developed by Larry Schultz in the 1980s, Rocket Yoga is a dynamic practice derived from Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Drawing from the Primary and Intermediate Series, the method combines flowing sequences with arm balances, inversions, and progressive postures to develop strength, flexibility, mobility, and concentration.
Rocket Yoga also incorporates elements of pranayama, chanting, and meditation, supporting a balanced practice of both physical and mental discipline. Modifications are offered to accommodate different levels of experience.
Power Flow
Power Flow is a dynamic yoga practice that synchronises breath and movement through flowing sequences designed to develop strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance.

Developed and popularised by Paul Grilley, Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that focuses on the deep connective tissues of the body through long-held, mostly floor-based postures.

Through guided exploration of sensation, breath, and movement, the practice encourages greater self-awareness while creating space for release, restoration, and inner inquiry.
Drawing inspiration from Yin Yoga, classical Tantra, and somatic approaches, Somatic Yin Yoga offers an opportunity to explore the body’s innate intelligence and cultivate a more embodied experience of presence.

Yoga Nidra, often translated as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that leads the body into deep relaxation while the mind remains gently aware.
Through breath awareness, body scanning, and meditation techniques, the practice encourages profound rest, nervous system regulation, and a deeper connection to inner stillness.
Accessible to all, Yoga Nidra offers an opportunity to pause, restore, and reconnect with a sense of ease and presence.
