200hr Hybrid TTC: Foundational Vinyasa-Inspired Training

Rooted in Yoga Flame styles and crafted for its vibrant community

What makes Yoga Flame Teacher Training unique?

Many teacher trainings focus on a single teacher’s lineage or methodology. At Yoga Flame, we take a more expansive approach by exploring a variety of styles and techniques from our diverse team of teachers. Together, we’ll weave these influences into a cohesive Vinyasa-inspired approach, giving you the opportunity to experience and understand what makes each lineage unique. Our goal is to provide you with a well-rounded foundation and the freedom to teach in a way that resonates deeply with you and your future students.

With our Hybrid Yoga Teacher Training, we’ve created a flexible and immersive program that fits into your life—without sacrificing depth or quality.

2-week immersion in Bali or Switzerland

Phase 2

Some things can’t be learned from a screen—they need to be felt, experienced, and embodied. That’s why in-person immersion, whether in Bali or Switzerland, is at the heart of our training. This is where everything comes together—your knowledge deepens, your confidence grows, and you truly step into the role of a teacher.

During the immersion, you’ll refine your practice through intelligent sequencing, hands-on adjustments, and functional anatomy, ensuring that you move and teach with awareness and precision. You’ll explore breathwork, meditation, and mindful practices, developing tools to support both yourself and your future students.

Most importantly, you’ll gain real teaching experience—learning to guide with clarity, hold space with confidence, and develop your unique voice as a teacher.

WHY CHOOSE US?

At Yoga Flame, we celebrate diversity in practice. Our exclusive Yoga Flame Fusion Sequence blends Conditioning, Rocket, Hot Yoga, Hatha, and Yin, offering a dynamic flow for all levels. Think of it as a canvas for self-expression, allowing you to explore, adapt, and make the practice your own.

We proudly create a space where yoga is free from rigid structures and dogma—a place to find your unique joy in movement. With this openness, you can explore the many paths yoga has to offer.

To support your journey, we offer a flexible online program, combining pre-recorded content and live sessions, so you can study at your own pace.

For us, yoga is more than just asana—it’s about building a vibrant, nurturing community where you feel truly supported. We cultivate a fun, relaxed atmosphere, ensuring your experience is as enriching as it is enjoyable.

Learn From the Best

We believe true learning comes from diversity, collaboration, and shared wisdom. That’s why our 200-hour Teacher Training Course brings together 20+ world-class facilitators who embody Yoga Flame’s core values and vision.

Why so many? Because each teacher offers unique expertise, experience, and passion. By learning from a variety of specialists, you’ll explore yoga’s rich traditions, diverse methodologies, and modern applications—gaining a broadened perspective.

These aren’t just any teachers—they’re trusted professionals we’ve had the privilege to collaborate with and learn from. Now, they’re here to share their knowledge and guide you.

From anatomy and philosophy to sequencing and teaching methodology, each facilitator brings distinct strengths, ensuring a comprehensive, well-rounded training. Whether deepening your physical practice, exploring the spiritual aspects, or refining your teaching voice, they’re here to support your growth.

“My journey through the 200-hour Yoga teacher training has been a truly beautiful and special experience. I felt enveloped in a warm embrace by the wonderful group of fellow trainees and the heartfelt guidance of our teachers. Their wisdom and kindness created a nurturing space where we could explore not just the depths of Yoga, but also our own hearts. I am so grateful for the knowledge and inspiration I gained along the way, but even more so for the love and compassion that flowed throughout the journey. Namaste”

The course will primarily be in English. Some of our lead/guest teachers speak French, and we can provide French translations for specific modules when required.

Yes, we suggest regular practice leading up to the immersion. Aim for at least 3 times a week for about 3 months before and after the immersion to fully absorb what you’ll be learning. Ideally, practicing 5 times a week will prepare your body for the immersion, as we’ll be practicing twice daily.

The immersion is hands-on with exercises, asana labs, pair teaching, and interactive practices. That said, feel free to sit back and observe if you need a break—observing others can offer valuable insights too! Another tip is to try our Yoga Flame sequence (either online or in-studio) once a week, about 3 months before the training begins. This will help you get familiar with the core practice.

Absolutely! You can freeze your membership for two weeks outside of the immersion, which doesn’t count toward the suspension period.

Absolutely! In our trainings, we welcome both those who aspire to teach and those who seek personal growth. That being said, you might discover a passion for teaching even if it wasn’t your initial goal.

Yes, your physical presence is mandatory during the in-person training period. You will receive preparatory materials, online content, and reading materials that do not require your physical presence before the immersion begins.

In our Hybrid training, 40% of the course is conducted online, which includes pre-recorded content and live online sessions. The remaining 60% consists of in-person immersion, held either in Bali or Switzerland.

You’ll need about 80 hours in total to prepare, including:

  • 30 hours of pre-recorded videos that introduce key topics, with some reflection and homework exercises.
  • 20 hours of live Zoom sessions with our teachers to dive deeper and answer your questions. These calls will happen between February and March, mostly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7-9 AM (Swiss time), plus two Saturdays—one at the start and another at the end of this period.

If you miss up to 50% of these Zoom sessions, no worries! You can catch up afterward by completing assignments provided by your lead teachers.

No, there’s no homework assigned, only the preparation time before the immersion in person starts. Free time is for you to rest and restore!

We are a Registered Yoga School by Yoga Alliance Standards; offering 200HR Teacher Training ! This means that upon completing our training, you will receive an authentic, globally recognized certificate, that enables you to start teaching public group yoga classes. If you require more details regarding the certification and teaching opportunities, we are happy to provide them.

We plan to offer this foundational 200-hour Teacher Training Course (TTC) annually and may introduce more specialized yoga style trainings in the future, allowing you to further evolve in your chosen path. We will also provide opportunities to mentor a few students through donation-based classes, helping you gain teaching experience and confidence. Additionally, we will host 1-2 post-training Zoom sessions to reconnect, answer questions, share experiences, and support one another.

There’s no guarantee here, as each person’s path is unique and opportunities often come at their own time. We’ve seen all kinds of journeys unfold! That said, we’re dedicated to supporting your growth post-training and will prioritize graduates from our program for roles within our team. We’ll also share useful tips on the “Business of Yoga” to help you set off with confidence.

We value inclusivity and understand that the financial commitment of the training may be challenging. We are open to discussions with interested participants and can explore payment plans or karma opportunities based on the number of participants. In some cases, we may offer karma positions, allowing participants to attend the training at a reduced cost in exchange for assisting with training logistics. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@yogaflame.ch .

Once you have paid the deposit, you have the option to withdraw up to 3 months before the training start date and receive a full refund of your deposit (CHF500). If you withdraw between 3 and 1 month before the training starts, you will forfeit the deposit balance paid in advance. If you withdraw within 1 month of the training start date, the entire investment will be non-refundable. However, if we find another participant to attend the training at the last minute, we will be able to issue a full refund in all cases. Our aim is to ensure we don’t block a space unnecessarily and to have enough committed participants to confirm the course.

Enjoy every step of this journey! Start paying closer attention when attending yoga classes—what teaching styles resonate with you? Which ones don’t? Write down any questions that come up; you’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask them in Zoom sessions or in Bali. Lastly, connect with your peers! You’ll likely have much in common, and the friendships formed can be a big part of this incredible experience.
