MEDITATION@WORK
Discover a comprehensive meditation offer for companies focused on stress management and emotional well-being.
Our guided meditations and relaxations have a real impact all the more with regular practice. We therefore recommend weekly sessions from 30 minutes.
You will notice that these sessions will allow your teams to feel a mental relaxation, to let go and leave with clear ideas and a new impetus on their projects.

MOVEMENT@WORK
We offer a selection of classes that can be easily taken by beginners such as Pilates, Soft Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Chair Yoga.
The courses can be given either face-to-face, in a meeting room for example, or by videoconference according to your preference and sanitary measures.
