Listen to Your Body: Avoid overexertion, modify poses as needed, and focus on your own progress rather than comparing to others.
Explore Variety: Try different yoga styles and instructors to discover what suits you best, keeping your practice fresh and aligned with your goals. Remember, yoga encompasses both physical and mental well-being.
